The cognacs from the Domaine du Buisson range are imbued with a truly exceptional character having been crafted from grapes which have been grown, distilled and matured on the family propriety since 1880. To preserve the typical nature of the Borderies growth, the cognac was matured in new oak barrels, without any of the pure eau de vie basically used for blending. In this way, the tannins which appear during ageing offer all the richness of the Borderies growth.

This cognac reveals a subtle aroma of the autumnal forest, combined with floral nuances of violet and jasmine from the Borderies area. Its taste is marked by a very expressive character and a predominantly oaky flavour. The finish leaves an impression of light, crisp freshness.
